Accounts• Grade 12 • National Certificate and Marketing • Diploma in Business Management / Marketing / Sales Management • 1 – 3 years related experience in Account Management / External Sales position • Good understanding of processes and systems • Relationship management • Work collaboratively across teams • Customer centric • Support the management of customer accounts, ensuring service delivery and strong client relationships • Coordinate internal teams’ sales, service, procurement and logistics • Maintain information on CRM systems • Support the sales team with quotations, reporting and documentation. • Upselling and cross selling within existing accounts • Monitor account performance, prepare reports and track progress against sales targets Manager required for a well-established company based in the Northern Cape with;
