YOUR ROLE
Responsibilities
• Grade 12
• Degree, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
• Underground Mining experience
• Aftermarket support
• 5 years in management
• OEM experience
• Product support
• Solid knowledge of underground mining equipment
• Hydraulics
• Electrical systems
• Control systems
• CANbus knowledge
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, PowerBi
• Factory support
• Product issue management, resolution and validation
• Reliability management
• Assist with service and maintenance development
• New product introduction
• Dealer support
• Aftermarket engineering
• Decision making
• Warranty cost management
• Budget management
• Customer success

Requirements
• Grade 12
