Capital Equipment Administrator

Well established company based in Johannesburg is seeking a Capital Equipment Administrator with;

Grade 12 • Knowledge of the Medical / Pharmaceutical Industry • 3-5 years relevant experience • Ensure capital equipment function operates efficiently and effectively • Ensure quotes and tenders submitted timeously • Support marketing department • Work symbolically with the technical department. • Assist with ad hoc administration tasks as needed • Work within the company’s quality management systems framework. • 3-5 years in a related field • Computer literate • Quotations • Pricing and costing • Place orders • Follow up on outstanding orders. • Process all service / repair quotations • Generate all service / repair invoices • Maintain records, files and CRM system • Pricing
